Why Dreamigos?

“Don't ignore your dreams, in them your soul is awake and you are your true self.”
― Bangambiki Habyarimana, Pearls Of Eternity

Interpretation

Dream interpretation is not about dictionaries, but about identifying and understanding your own associations with the symbols within the dreams. Further, interpretation is meaningless without linking to daily life and emotions. With dreamigos, you’ll learn more than what your dreams mean – you’ll gain insights on how dreams are related to “real” life & on the action needed to take in the interest of personal growth.

Education

Why do we dream? How do we remember dreams? How do we lucid dream? What is dream yoga? Can life really be greatly enriched through awareness of our dreams? Our expert team (MDs, PhDs) of neuroscientists, psychologists, psychiatrists and dream professionals will answer those questions and many more!

Connection

Never before have we had the power to engage and build relationships from the foundation of your nonconscious. Dreamigos allows us to do just that as we share dreams and connect with others whose dreams resonate. 90% of the decisions we make come from our nonconscious minds which control all the systems in the body. Dreams serve as the gateway to our nonconscious minds, allowing us to discover who we truly are. And once we connect with our true selves we can connect and build stronger relationships in our daily lives.

Carl Jung said it best, the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.  And the essence of who you truly are lies within your subconscious mind. By expanding consciousness (through dreams) across the collective, more humans will realize this privilege.

What I am looking most forward to with the dreamigos app is to get a deeper sense into the meanings of dreams that we have, and why some are so more intense than others. Finding a deeper purpose and understanding of dreams, intuitions, sacral gut feelings we have after dreams we remember.

This stuff matters to me because I look at myself on a much deeper level than some. I have been in tune more with my third eye as I get older and wiser if you will with the things I have lived and been through. Hoping that the app will provide me with tools to deal with past traumas.

One of the things I'm most looking forward with this app is the ability to share my dreams with others, hearing others' dreams and experiences, and gaining insights through dream interpretation and therapy. I have vivid, recurring dreams, and am eager to be a part of a community where others are open to sharing their dreams so we can connect to discuss commonalities and differences, and perhaps gain a better understanding of what my subconscious is trying so desperately to impart.

I believe that our dreams impact and reflect our lives more than we acknowledge/realize, and am excited to explore this further with fellow dreamers.

What I look forward to the most with this app is tracking my dreams to understand what is affecting my psychologically.

It will help me become more in tune with what my mind considers most important - things I might ignore.

Why does it matter? I think it will help me become better acquainted with who I am. Dreams are reflections of your inner self; you should get to know them. Humans only see a bit with our eyes; dreams can tell us what the rest of our bodies picked up along the way.

I am looking forward to finding like-minded people that believe in the importance of our dreams, and can help others in their quest to find meaning for them.

If dreams can make us laugh, cry, feel, and take us to worlds we have never seen, if could understand their true meaning to us, imagine where that could lead us when we are awake.

I am looking forward to using this app to document my dreams more and analyze them. I also want to learn more about dream yoga and see how documenting and analyzing my dreams can help me and my decision making and creativity.

It matters to me since I am a psychology teacher and love discussing dreams and learning more about this work. I want to be more consistent with dreamwork.

I’m looking forward to interacting with other people on the topic of dreams and to learning new techniques for dream recall and analysis.

It matters because I’ve always enjoyed or thought about my dreams. It’s currently the most primal interaction we have with nature.

Dreams can also be insightful and help answer big questions and provide peace of mind and guidance.

Excited about this app! I have a hard time remembering my dreams; and when I do, I'm at a loss as to what my unconscious is trying to tell me.

I look forward to having science-backed methodologies to help me to remember and understand. Having credentialed professionals at my disposal to dive deeper will be a huge benefit!

I think the mere act of practicing recording my dreams daily in and of itself will be of a lot of value to me.
